摘要
本文介绍了一种创新的医学汉语课程设计,并调查了其教学效果。过去20年的会话分析研究发现,医患问诊对话有其独特的组织结构和互动模式。因此,本文呈现的医学汉语教学单元是基于会话分析的研究成果设计的,并使用了真实的医患问诊对话。通过学生的医患角色扮演活动来评估教学效果,并与基于课本内容的教学单元进行了对比。结果显示,基于会话分析的教学单元有效提升了学生在医患问诊中的沟通技巧。
This paper presents an innovative medical Chinese course design and investigates its pedagogical effectiveness.Over the past 20 years,Conversation Analysis(CA)research has uncovered distinct organizational structures and interactional patterns in doctor-patient consultations.The instructional unit in this paper is designed based on the findings of CA research,which incorporates authentic doctor-patient consultation dialogues.The effect of the current CA-based unit was assessed through students’role playing activities simulating medical consultations and was compared to a textbook-based instructional unit.The study results show that the CA-based instructional unit has improved students’skills in conducting medical consultations.
