基于《标准》的英国中小学优秀本土中文教师胜任力特征及模型构建

摘要 《国际中文教师专业能力标准》(T/ISCLT 001-2022)的发布,为国际中文教师的培养、培训、评估及教师专业发展提供了参考和指导。本研究考察了15名英国中小学优秀本土中文教师所拥有的胜任力特征,构建了由4个模块、15项特征构成的英国中小学优秀本土中文教师胜任力模型。英国中小学优秀本土中文教师的胜任力特征包括:专业知识、教学技能、沟通协调能力、课堂突发事件处理能力、自我反思与调整能力、活动策划与执行、问题意识、批判思维、国际视野、文化应对、有效参与、价值取向、人格魅力、科研能力、职业规划。本模型的教师胜任力特征群与《国际中文教师专业能力标准》高度契合,本土优秀中文教师在“多元文化适应能力”上的特征较凸显,但在“科研能力”和“职业规划”特征上有所欠缺。研究结论对未来本土教师的专业化发展以及国际中文教育人才培养和学科建设有一定的参考价值。 The release of the Professional Competence Standards for International Chinese Language Teachers(T/ISCLT 001-2022)provides a reference and guidance for the cultivation,training,evaluation,and professional development of international Chinese language teachers.This research examines the competency characteristics of 15 outstanding local Chinese language teachers in British primary and secondary schools,and constructs a competency model consisting of 4 modules and 15 characteristics.The competency characteristics of outstanding local Chinese language teachers in British primary and secondary schools include:professional knowledge,teaching skills,communication and coordination skills,classroom emergency handling skills,self-reflection and adjustment skills,activity planning and execution,problem awareness,critical thinking,international perspective,cultural response,effective participation,value orientation,personality charm,scientific research ability,and career planning.The competency characteristics of this model are highly consistent with the Professional Competence Standards for International Chinese Language Teachers.Outstanding local Chinese language teachers exhibit prominent characteristics in“multicultural adaptability”,but they show deficiencies in“scientific research ability”and“career planning”.The research conclusions provide valuable insights for the future professional development of local teachers as well as the training of international Chinese language education talents and discipline construction.
