摘要
冷库是延长果蔬贮藏期的关键设施,而应用信息技术可以实现果蔬冷库的冷藏装置自动化控制、果蔬温度数据采集分析以及冷库内设备的物联网应用等功能,进而达到精确调控果蔬冷库的温度、降低能耗、提高管理效率的目的。随着人工智能算法和区块链技术的发展,冷库系统将更加智能化和网络化,不仅可以优化果菜的贮存和运输环境,还能实现果蔬从种植到消费者手中的全程质量可追溯。本文探讨了信息技术在果蔬冷库系统中的应用及未来发展趋势,包括自动化控制、数据采集分析、物联网技术和人工智能算法。这些技术的应用提高了冷库运营的效率和安全性,为实现果蔬贮存的预测优化和质量可追溯性提供了有力支持,有助于保障食品安全和供应链的稳定。
Cold storage facilities are key to extending the shelf life of fruits and vegetable.The application of information technology enabled the automation of refrigeration systems in fruit and vegetable cold storage,the collection and analysis of temperature data for stored produce,and the application of the Internet of Things(IoT)within cold storage equipment,to achieve precise control of cold storage temperatures,reduce energy consumption,and improve management efficiency.With the development of artificial intelligence algorithms and blockchain technology,cold storage systems would become more intelligent and networked,optimizing the storage and transportation of fruits and vegetables while also enabling full traceability of produce quality from cultivation to consumers.This paper discussed the application of information technology in fruit and vegetable cold storage systems and its future development trends,including automation,data collection and analysis,IoT,and artificial intelligence algorithms.The application of these technologies improved the operational efficiency and safety of cold storage facilities,providing strong support for predictive optimization and quality traceability in fruit and vegetable storage,thus contributing to food safety and supply chain stability.
