滨州市滨城区预制菜产业发展问题及解决对策

摘要 我国经济快速发展和疫情突发,使群众消费观念和生活方式发生新的变化,工作和生活节奏加快,传统的菜肴烹饪方式已无法满足人们对高质量生活的追求,这就需要安全营养、烹饪简单的预制菜来满足群众生活需要。滨城区预制菜产业正在步入发展快车道,但也存在大而不强、产品品牌弱等缺点。本文通过分析滨城区预制菜产业现状,总结了其面临的原材料价格波动大、缺少全产业链质量控制、研发人才缺乏等问题,提出了预制菜产业健康发展对策,以提高居民生活质量,促进我国预制菜产业发展壮大。 The rapid economic development of our country and the outbreak of the epidemic have caused major changes in the consumption concept and life style of the masses,and accelerated the pace of work and life of people,the traditional cooking method can not meet the contemporary people’s pursuit of high quality of life,which requires safety,nutrition,cooking simple prepared dishes to meet the needs.The prefabricated vegetable industry in Bincheng district is stepping into the channel of rapid development,but it also has the disadvantages of big but not strong,and the weakness of product brand.This article analyzed the current situation of the prepared dishes industry in Bincheng district,facing problems such as large fluctuations in raw material prices,lack of quality control throughout the entire industry chain,and shortage of talents.It proposed strategies for the healthy development of the industry to improve the quality of life of residents,and promote the growth and development of China’s prepared dishes industry.
