太子山高海拔区原生水曲柳繁育技术研究

Study on Breeding Technology of the Primeval Fraxinus mandshurica in High Altitude Area of Taizishan

为了研究太子山高海拔区原生水曲柳繁育技术,扩大水曲柳原生种群数量,试验采集原生种群种子,经变温处理,进行圃地播种育苗,观测分析了水曲柳原生种在不同海拔高度育苗点的生长物候期、生长量及根系生长指标差异性,结果表明水曲柳在太子山高海拔地区有较强的适生性,适宜大面积推广示范。

In order to study the breeding technology of the primeval population,and expanding the primeval population of F.mandshurica in the high altitude area of Taizishan,through the whole procedure as follows:first of all,collecting the seeds of the primeval population,and then treating in changing temperature,sowing and seedling cultivation in the nursery ground,lastly measuring the growth phenology and growth index of F.mandshurica.The results showed that F.mandshurica has strong adaptability in the high altitude area of Taizishan,which is suitable for large-scale popularization and promotion demonstration in this area.
