精神障碍患者自杀风险预测模型的研究进展

Research progress of suicide risk prediction models in patients with mental disorders

目的自杀是全球重大公共卫生问题之一,精神障碍患者是自杀的高危人群。近年来,自杀的发生率逐年上升,受到越来越多研究者们的关注。自杀是精神障碍最严重的后果,在危害患者的生命健康的同时也会给家庭和社会造成严重损害。本文将对精神障碍患者自杀风险预测模型相关研究展开综述,包括精神障碍患者自杀的危险因素、风险预测模型的概述和风险评估工具等的研究现状,旨在为构建国内本土化风险预测模型提供参考。

Objective Suicide is one of the major global public health problems,and people with mental disorders are at high risk for the occurrence of suicidal behavior.In recent years,the incidence of suicide has been increasing year by year and has received increasing attention from researchers.Suicide is the most serious consequence of mental disorders,jeopardizing the life and health of the patient while causing serious damage to the family and society.This article reviewed the research progress of suicide risk prediction models in patients with mental illness nationally and internationally,including risk factors for suicide in people with mental disorders,overview of risk prediction models,tools and research status,so as to provide reference for the construction of domestic localized risk prediction models.
