吸入性芳香疗法在麻醉恢复期多症状管理的最佳证据总结

Summary of the best evidence for inhaled aromatherapy in the management of multiple symptoms during the recovery period of anesthesia

目的总结和评价国内外吸入性芳香疗法在麻醉恢复期多症状管理的相关证据。方法依据“6S”证据模型,计算机检索临床决策系统、指南网站、专业协会网站和数据库中关于吸入性芳香疗法在麻醉恢复期多症状管理的所有证据,包括指南、证据总结、最佳临床实践、专家共识、系统评价,检索时限为建库至2024年1月31日。由4名研究者对指南进行评价,其余文献由2名研究者进行独立评价,并提取和汇总证据信息。结果共纳入15篇文献,其中临床指南2篇、最佳实践1篇、证据总结2篇,专家共识1篇、系统评价9篇。从干预人群、实施人员、术前教育、芳香疗法安全性评估、症状风险因素评估、症状严重程度评估、症状管理推荐方案7个方面总结了25条最佳证据。结论本研究总结了吸入性芳香疗法在麻醉恢复期多症状管理的最佳证据,形成了具体的可操作的临床推荐意见,为临床麻醉恢复期规范性开展吸入性芳香疗法进行症状管理提供了循证依据。

Objective To summarize and evaluate relevant evidence of inhaled aromatherapy in multi-symptom management during anesthesia recovery period.Methods According to the"6S"evidence model,all evidence on inhaled aromatherapy in the management of multiple symptoms during anesthesia recovery period was retrieved by computer in clinical decision-making systems,guideline websites,professional association websites,and databases,including guidelines,evidence summaries,best clinical practice,expert consensus and systematic reviews,and the search period was from the establishment of the database to January 31,2024.The guidelines were evaluated by 4 researchers,and the remaining literatures were independently evaluated by 2 researchers,and the evidence information was extracted and summarized.Results A total of 14 articles were included,including 2 clinical guidelines,1 best practice,2 evidence summaries,1 expert consensus,and 8 systematic reviews.The 25 best pieces of evidence were summarized from 7 aspects,including intervention population,implementation personnel,preoperative education,aromatherapy safety assessment,symptom risk factor assessment,symptom severity assessment,and symptom management recommendation.Conclusion This study summarized the best evidence for the management of multiple symptoms of inhaled aromatherapy in the recovery period of anesthesia,and formed specific and operational clinical recommendations,which can provide an evidence-based basis for the standardized implementation of inhalation aromatherapy for symptom management during clinical anesthesia recovery period.
