摘要
加油站地埋式储油罐容积表的误差和稳定性决定了地罐交接推进的公平性和可操作性。通过对现用的几种卧罐容积标定方法进行比对,确定加油机反标法标定的罐表准确度最优且不影响加油站经营,并对反标法的温度还原算法进行了改进,对反标流程进行了优化。经比较,改进后的反标法提高了罐表准确度,液位仪接卸验收准确率有了显著提高,减少了接卸损耗争议,促进了计量管理,为使用反标法对地罐容积进行修正提供了借鉴。
The error and stability of the volume table of the buried oil storage tank in the gas station determine the fairness and operability of the tank handover.Through the comparison of several calibration methods of horizontal tank volume,it is determined that the accuracy of tank volume table calibrated by the reverse calibration method by the refueling dispenser is optimal and does not affect the operation of the gas station.The temperature reduction algorithm of the reverse calibration method is improved,and the reverse calibration process is optimized.Through comparison,the improved reverse calibration method can improve the accuracy of the tank volume table,improve the accuracy of the acceptance of the liquid level instrument,reduce the connection and removal loss disputes,and promote the metering measurement,which can provide a reference for using the reverse calibration method to correct the volume of the ground tank.
