摘要
针对全球能源结构转型和传统石油行业面临巨大挑战的状况,简要介绍了物资协作的概念,从炼油厂布局、油品调运形式、物资协作开展情况方面分析了A、B两家石油公司物资协作的现状,提出了石油公司物资协作的优化建议:一是紧跟物资格局变化,调优物资协作模式;二是推进储运能力建设,支撑物资协作开展;三是引入综合评价模型,丰富物资协作路径;四是畅通协作共享机制,保障物资协作落地;五是推进企业信息建设,赋能物资协作开展;六是强化专业人才培养,确保物资协作质量。
In view of the global energy structure transformation and the great challenge faced by the traditional petroleum industry,the concept of material cooperation is briefly introduced,the current situation of the material cooperation of two petroleum companies A and B is analyzed from the layout of the refinery,the form of oil product allocation and transportation,and the development of material cooperation,and the optimization suggestions are put forward for the material cooperation of the petroleum company:The first is to closely follow the change of the material pattern,and optimize the material cooperation mode;the second is to promote the construction of storage and transportation capacity and support the cooperation of materials;the third is to introduce the comprehensive evaluation model to enrich the material cooperation path;the fourth is to smooth the cooperation and sharing mechanism and ensure the implementation of material cooperation;the fifth is to promote enterprise information construction and enable material cooperation;the sixth is to strengthen the cultivation of professional talents to ensure the quality of material cooperation.
