摘要
本文设计了一种矿用自卸卡车前仰角测试台,可针对多种矿用自卸卡车前仰角进行多项性能测试,以检测前仰角的维修质量,减少返工率。该测试台主要由底座、翻转液压缸、翻转装置、前仰角、夹持装置等组成,介绍了各部件结构设计方案,并对其主要受力部件进行了有限元分析,结果显示其强度和刚度满足设计要求。最后,通过现场测试应用,验证了该测试台的可行性及实用性。
This article designs front elevation angle testing platform fora mining dump truck front elevation angle testing platform,which can perform multiple performance tests on various mining dump truck front elevation angles to test the maintenance quality of the front elevation angle and reduce rework rates.The test bench is mainly composed of a base,a flipping hydraulic cylinder,a flipping device,a front elevation angle,a clamping device,etc.This paper introduces the structural design schemes of each component are introduced,and finite element analysis is conducted onanalyzes its main load-bearing components by finite element analysis.The results show that its strength and stiffness meet the design requirements.Finally,the feasibility and practicality of the testing platform are verified through field test applications.
