摘要
数字思政作为数字时代思想政治教育的一种新形态,是高等教育服务强国建设的重要组成部分。党的十八大以来,特别是二十届三中全会所强调的“教育、科技、人才是中国式现代化的基础性、战略性支撑”“完善立德树人机制,推进大中小学思政课一体化改革创新”“推进教育数字化,赋能学习型社会建设”的崭新论断,不仅为教育数字化战略实施指明了方向,也为推进数字思政实践提供了行动指南。因而,深度思考并多维度把握数字思政核心技术构件的数据、算法与算力三者发展限囿与理论图景的矛盾关系,是推动数字思政实践转化的前提与加速实现人人皆学、处处能学、时时可学的根本。在数据层面,面临“足”“全”“新”的问题;在算法层面,面临资本逻辑与人本逻辑的博弈难题;在算力层面,面临难以有效支撑数字思政需求的困境。为此,一是要加快数字生态建设,通过共在共建共享以破解数据困境;二是要形成以学生为核心,以社会主义核心价值观为轴线的算法逻辑;三是要以技术创新、机制重塑、统筹协调克服算力发展局限。
Digital ideological and political education as a new form of ideological and political education in the digital age,is an important component of higher education serving the construction of a strong country.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,especially the new assertion especially emphasized at the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China that“education,science and technology,and talent function as basic and strategic underpinnings for Chinese modernization”,“We will improve the mechanisms for fostering virtue through education,introduce integrated reforms and new approaches in the political education curriculum at all levels”,“We will also pursue the digitalization of education to facilitate the building of a learning society”,which not only points out the direction for the implementation of the digitalization of education strategy,but also provides a fundamental guideline for the promotion of digital ideological and political practice.Therefore,analyzing clearly the data,algorithms,and computing power as the core technological components of digital ideological and political education,deeply thinking about and multi-dimensional grasping the contradictory relationship between the development limitations and theoretical landscape of the three,is the prerequisite for promoting the transformation of digital ideological and political practice and the fundamental basis for accelerating the realization that everyone can learn anytime,anywhere.At the data level,digital ideological and political education faces the problems of“sufficient”,“comprehensive”,and“new”.At the algorithmic level,digital ideological and political education faces a game dilemma between capital logic and humanistic logic.At the level of computing power,it is difficult to effectively support the demand for digital ideological and political education.Therefore,firstly,we need to accelerate the construction of the digital ecosystem and solve the data dilemma through co-construction and sharing,secondly,the second is to form an algorithmic logic centered on students and centered around socialist core values,the third is to overcome the limitations of computing power development through technological innovation,mechanism reshaping,and overall coordination.
