法科生体系思维能力培养的三重面向

新时代法学教育对法治人才整体素质建设提出更高要求,这也是法治中国建设的题中应有之义。法科生所具有的体系思维能力是成为高素质法治人才的必备能力。法学一流课程在教学体系中承担着灌溉、支撑体系思维能力养成的功能,应发挥其路径导向作用。在理论教学层面,要以强化理论知识、夯实厚基础为本,明确基础理论作为体系起点的坚实地位,以识法达义为基本目标奠定知识储备根基。在实践教学层面,需深化实践教学与理论教学之间的衔接程度,以并重典型、新兴案例精义教学为导向;在因应时代要求层面,要保持既开放包容又审慎严谨的现实态度,立足交叉学科视野、面向知识整合的新法科需求。最后植根中国式法治现代化语境,作为体系思维逻辑建构上的根本遵循。
