摘要
甲胎蛋白和癌胚抗原作为肝癌的血清标志物,可用于肝癌的早期诊断。在本文中,描述了两种常见的基于核酸适配体的血清标志物检测方法,并对检测这两种标志物的光学生物传感器和电化学生物传感器的研究进展进行了综述。本文对这些生物传感器的性能进行了比较,为未来开发高灵敏度、高选择性的肝癌早期诊断新方法提供参考。
Alpha-fetoprotein and carcinoembryonic antigen are used as serum markers for early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.In this paper,two common nucleic acid aptamer-based serum marker assays are described,and the research progress of optical and electrochemical biosensors for detecting these two markers is reviewed.The performance of these biosensors is compared in this paper to provide a reference for the future development of new methods for the early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma with high sensitivity and high selectivity.
