摘要
依托某初轧厂均热炉混凝土烟囱实例,详细介绍了混凝土烟囱检测与可靠性鉴定的方法和程序,并运用有限元分析软件SAP2000,采用分层壳单元建立相应的非线性分析模型,考虑烟囱受P-Δ效应的影响,分析烟囱在风荷载及地震作用下筒壁的应力反应,验算烟囱考虑损伤后的承载能力,验证加固方案的加强效果,为该烟囱后续使用和改造提供建议和技术依据。
Based on the example of a concrete chimney in a homogenization furnace of a certain initial rolling mill,this paper introduces in detail the methods and procedures for detecting and evaluating the reliability of concrete chimneys.The finite element analysis software SAP2000 is used to establish a corresponding nonlinear analysis model using layered shell elements,considering the influence of P-Δeffect on the chimney.The stress response of the chimney wall under wind load and earthquake action is analyzed,and the bearing capacity of the chimney considering damage is verified.The strengthening effect of the reinforcement scheme is verified,providing suggestions and technical basis for the subsequent use and renovation of the chimney.
