装配式钢筋桁架楼承板施工工艺研究

摘要 以实际工程项目为背景,介绍了装配式钢筋桁架楼承板的基本组成部分,基于前期计算及实际应用对楼承板的材料、尺寸提出了量化要求,在符合装配式混凝土主体结构的施工节点要求下,梳理了三个在施工过程中较为常见的节点深化设计问题并对拟解决措施进行说明。为实现“提质、增效”的工程管理目标,对装配式钢筋桁架楼承板的施工难点进行了分析总结,以期对同类建设项目有一定的借鉴意义。 Based on actual engineering projects,this paper introduces the basic components of prefabricated steel truss floor support plates.Based on preliminary calculations and practical applications,quantitative requirements for the materials and dimensions of the floor support plates are proposed.Under the construction node requirements of the prefabricated concrete main structure,three common node deepening design problems during the construction process are sorted out and proposed solutions are explained.In order to achieve the goal of“improving quality and efficiency”in engineering management,the construction difficulties of prefabricated steel truss floor support plates were analyzed and summarized,with the aim of providing certain reference significance for similar construction projects.
