建筑垃圾再生料路面结构力学响应数值模拟

摘要 为了研究砖混类建筑垃圾再生料路面结构在不同影响因素下的力学响应规律,利用ABAQUS软件通过施加半正弦荷载,研究车速、荷载、路基回弹模量和建筑垃圾掺量对力学响应的影响作用。研究结果表明:基层和底基层层底拉应力以及面层底部和路基顶面压应变都会随车速和荷载的增大而增大,随路基回弹模量的增大而减小;随基层砖混类建筑垃圾掺量的增大,底基层层底拉应力和路基顶面竖向压应变会逐渐增大,面层底部压应变和基层层底拉应力逐渐减小,其中对基层层底拉应力减小幅度较大,建筑垃圾掺量从40%增大到100%,基层层底拉应力减小54.02%。 In order to study the mechanical response of recycled brick and concrete construction waste pavement structure under different influencing factors,this paper uses ABAQUS software to apply a semi sinusoidal load to study the effects of vehicle speed,load,subgrade rebound modulus,and construction waste content on the mechanical response.The research results indicate that the tensile stress at the bottom of the base and sub base layers,as well as the compressive strain at the bottom of the surface layer and the top of the roadbed,will increase with the increase of vehicle speed and load,and decrease with the increase of the rebound modulus of the roadbed;As the amount of grassroots construction waste increases,the tensile stress at the bottom of the base layer and the vertical compressive strain on the top of the roadbed will gradually increase,while the compressive strain at the bottom of the surface layer and the tensile stress at the bottom of the base layer will gradually decrease.Among them,the reduction in tensile stress at the bottom of the base layer is relatively large.The amount of construction waste increases from 40%to 100%,and the tensile stress at the bottom of the base layer will decrease by 54.02%.
