某隧道对侧穿砖混结构建筑的既有裂缝影响分析

摘要 青岛地铁6号线二期灵山湾路车站为暗挖两层岛式车站,侧穿3层砖混结构建筑物皇冠服装有限公司,与车站最小水平距离3.95 m,拱顶埋深约25 m。为了确定地铁隧道爆破施工对其侧穿砖混结构建筑的既有裂缝影响程度,并由此确定爆破对于侧穿砖混结构建筑的影响在安全范围之内。选取皇冠服装有限公司建筑物为研究对象,布设监测点对于建筑物沉降、爆破振动、既有裂缝变化进行观测记录。结果表明:本车站现阶段的上台阶爆破施工情况,对于侧穿砖混结构建筑既有裂缝的变化无影响,同时为类似工程的修建提供参考。 The Ling Shan Wan Road Station of the second phase of Qingdao Metro Line 6 is a two-story island station,side-crossing the three-story brick-concrete structure building Crown Clothing Co.,Ltd..The minimum horizontal distance from the station is 3.95 m,and the depth of the vault is about 25 m.In order to determine the influence degree of blasting construction of subway tunnel on the existing cracks of the side-through brick-concrete structure building,it is verified that the influence of blasting on the side-through brick-concrete structure building is within the safe range.The crown clothing Co.,Ltd.,was selected as the research object of this paper,and the monitoring points were set up to observe and record the building settlement,blasting vibration and existing crack changes.The results show that the current stage of the station’s upper bench blasting construction has no effect on the change of the existing cracks in the side-crossing brick-concrete structure building,and provides a reference for the construction of similar projects.
