钢箱梁顶推施工主梁应力研究

摘要 为研究斜交钢箱梁桥在顶推施工过程中整体应力和局部应力的变化情况,采用数值模拟的方法,以实例工程为背景,建立钢梁有限元模型。详细分析了在顶推施工过程中连续钢箱梁整体的受力情况,从应力以及挠度变形的角度分析了斜交顶推施工过程中结构的安全性能,通过提取钢梁顶底板、腹板、横隔板和导梁应力来分析斜交钢箱梁在顶推施工中局部应力的变化情况。研究结果表明:斜交顶推过程中,最不利工况是在结构处于非对称支承状态时,且施工过程中斜交钢箱梁横隔板的应力水平远高于其他构件,应予以重点关注。 In order to study the changes of the overall stress and local stress of the bias steel box girder bridge in the process of jacking construction,the finite element model of the steel girder was established by numerical simulation method and the background of the example project.The overall stress of the continuous steel box girder in the jacking construction process is analyzed in detail,the safety performance of the structure in the process of diagonal jacking construction is analyzed from the perspective of stress and deflection deformation,and the change of local stress of the diagonal steel box girder in the jacking construction is analyzed by extracting the stress of the top and bottom plate,web,diaphragm plate and guide beam of the steel girder.The results show that in the process of diagonal jacking,the most unfavorable condition is when the structure is in an asymmetrical support state,and the stress level of the diagonal steel box girder diaphragm during the construction process is much higher than that of other components,which should be paid attention to.
