2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者百令胶囊治疗对血清学指标的影响

Effect of Bailing capsule herapy on serological indexes in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的 探讨百令胶囊对二型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)血清学指标的影响。方法 回顾性选取芜湖市第一人民医院2021年8月~2023年8月收治的100例DPN患者,其中采用甲钴胺治疗的50例患者为常规组,在甲钴胺治疗基础上加用百令胶囊治疗的50例患者纳入观察组。首次疗程完成后,评估两组患者治疗效果,于治疗前后观察两组患者的指标变化,包括神经传导指标正中神经(MN)、腓总神经(CPN)的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉NCV(SNCV);血清学指标C肽(C-P)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、胱抑素C(Cys-C);应激反应指标白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞占比(NEUT)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)。结果 观察组总有效率高于常规组(94%vs. 80%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者MN、CPN的MNCV、SNCV均快于本组治疗前,且观察组均快于常规组[(51.26±2.48)m/s vs.(43.29±1.77)m/s、(46.19±2.53)m/s vs.(42.65±2.48)m/s、(46.64±2.14)m/s vs.(42.53±1.96)m/s、(37.65±2.07)m/s vs.(34.37±1.63)m/s],差异有统计学意义(t=18.497、7.066、10.015、8.803,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者Cys-C低于常规组[(1.42±0.32)mg/L vs.(1.95±0.36)mg/L],IGF-1、C-P均高于常规组[(218.43±22.85)ng/L vs.(168.47±18.73)ng/L]、[(4.29±0.64)μg/L vs.(3.67±0.48)μg/L],差异有统计学意义(t=7.781、11.957、5.480,P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者WBC、NEUT、hs-CRP均低于常规组[(7.47±0.85)×10^(9)/L vs.(8.62±0.96)×10^(9)/L、(65.79±2.07)%vs.(69.24±2.98)%、(4.57±0.74)μg/L vs.(6.67±0.97)μg/L],差异有统计学意义(t=6.342、6.723、12.171,P<0.05)。结论 百令胶囊可进一步提升糖尿病DPN患者的NCV,调节血清学指标,减轻应激反应程度。

Objective To explore the effect of Bailing capsule on the serological indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Retrospective selection of 100 DPN patients admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023,including 50 patients treated with methylcobalamin and 50 patients treated with Bailing capsules based on methylcobalamin treatment,were included in the observation group.After the completion of the first treatment course,evaluate the therapeutic effects of two groups and observe the changes in both groups before and after treatment,including nerve conduction indicators:motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory NCV(SNCV)of the median and common peroneal nerves.Serological indicators:C-peptide(C-P),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),cystatin C(Cys-C).Stress response indicators:White blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(NEUT),and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP).Results The observation group had a higher overall effective rate and better clinical efficacy than the conventional group(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05).After treatment,the MNCV and SNCV MN and CPN of the observation group were faster than those of the control group(t=17497,7066,10015,8803,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the conventional group,the observation group had lower Cys-C levels and higher IGF-1 and C-P levels(t=7781,11957,5480,P<0.05).The WBC,NEUT,and hs-CRP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=6342,6723,12171,P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule can further improve the nerve conduction velocity of patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy,regulate the serological indicators of patients,and reduce the degree of stress reaction.
