导向任务作业康复训练在上肢周围神经损伤患者中的应用效果及对患者神经功能恢复的影响

The application effect of task-oriented rehabilitation training in patients with upper limb peripheral nerve injury and its influence on the recovery of nerve function

目的 探讨导向任务作业康复训练在上肢周围神经损伤患者中的应用效果及对患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2020年1月~2023年1月成都八一骨科医院收治的100例上肢周围神经损伤患者。随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(予以常规康复治疗)和观察组(予以导向任务作业康复训练),各50例。连续治疗3个月,比较两组患者的临床疗效、手实用功能及治疗前后神经功能恢复情况。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的优良率是98.00%(49/50),高于对照组患者的86.00%(43/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.891,P=0.027)。治疗后,观察组患者的手实用功能总有效率是96.00%(48/50),高于对照组患者的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.061,P=0.014)。治疗后3个月时,观察组尺神经、正中神经及桡神经功能的波幅均高于对照组,运动神经传导速度均快于对照组患者,肌电潜伏期均短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 导向任务作业康复训练在上肢周围神经损伤患者中的应用可取得显著效果,不仅能提高其临床疗效,改善手实用功能,还能促进神经功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of guided task-based rehabilitation training for patients with upper limb peripheral nerve injuries and its influence on neurological function recovery.Methods 100 patients with upper limb peripheral nerve injuries admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were divided into two groups using a digital randomization table.The control group(50 cases)received standard rehabilitation therapy,whereas the observation group(50 cases)received guided task-based rehabilitation training.Three months later,a comparison was made regarding the clinical outcomes,practical hand function,and neurological function recovery between the two groups.Results Post-treatment,the observation group showed an excellent and good rate of 98.00%,surpassing the control group's 86.00%(χ^(2)=4.891,P=0.027).The overall effective rate for hand function in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than the 80.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=6.061,P=0.014).In the observation group,patients with damaged upper limbs exhibited superior amplitudes in the ulnar,median,and radial nerves,as well as median nerve motor nerve conduction velocity and median nerve electromyographic latency compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided task-based rehabilitation training offers significant benefits for patients with upper limb peripheral nerve injuries,enhancing clinical outcomes,improving practical hand function,and facilitating nerve function recovery.
