超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗轻中度痤疮对患者皮损及皮肤屏障功能的影响

Effect of superpulse CO_(2) laser on skin lesions and skin barrier function in patients with mild to moderate acne

目的探讨超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗轻中度痤疮对患者皮损及皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法选取轻、中痤疮患者88例进行随机分组,观察组和对照组均44例,对照组给予常规药物外敷治疗,观察组基于以上加予超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光治疗。治疗4个月后,评定两组疗效,对比两组治疗前后的皮损症状、皮肤屏障功能指标(乳腺刺痛试验评分、皮质油脂比例及含水量)变化。结果治疗4个月后,观察组临床总有效率97.73%,对照组81.82%,(P<0.05);两组皮损症状评分(数目、痒痛及皮损严重程度)、乳腺刺痛试验评分和皮质油脂比例较治疗前有显著性降低(P<0.05),其中观察组低于对照组,两组皮肤含水量较治疗前有显著性提升(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗轻中度痤疮疗效确切,能明显改善皮损症状,修复皮肤敏感性和皮肤屏障功能。

Objective To investigate the effects of ultra-pulsed CO_(2) laser on skin lesions and skin barrier function in patients with mild to moderate acne.Methods A total of 88 cases with mild and moderate acne were randomly divided into 44 cases in the observation group and 44 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs and the observation group was treated with superpulse CO_(2) dot matrix laser.After 4 months of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the changes of skin lesion symptoms,skin barrier function indexes(mammary sting test score,cortical oil proportion and water content)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 months of treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 97.73%in the observation group and 81.82%in the control group(P<0.05).Skin symptom score(number,itching and severity of skin lesion),breast sting test score and proportion of cortical oil in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group,skin water content in two groups was significantly increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Superpulse CO_(2) laser is effective in treating mild and moderate acne.It can improve the symptoms of skin le-sions,repair skin sensitivity and skin barrier function.
