摘要
从积极心理学的视角出发,探讨大学生心理资本积累的干预策略。研究通过分析大学生心理资本现状,提出通过培养积极情绪、增强自我效能感、树立希望和乐观的未来取向、提升韧性等干预手段,促进大学生心理资本积累,旨在帮助大学生形成良好的心理素质,提升整体竞争力。文章强调了积极心理学在大学生心理健康教育中的重要作用,可为高校心理健康教育提供思路和方法。
From the perspective of positive psychology,this paper discusses the intervention strategies of college students'psychological capital accumulation.By analyzing the current situation of college students'psychological capital,the paper proposes to promote the accumulation of college students'psychological capital through such intervention methods as cultivating positive emotions,enhancing self-efficacy,establishing hope and optimistic future orientation,and improving resilience.The aim of this study is to help college students form good psychological quality and enhance their overall competitiveness.This paper emphasizes the important role of positive psychology in college students'mental health education,provides ideas and methods for college students'mental health,and provides directions for future research.
