新质生产力赋能黑龙江冰雪体育产业高质量发展的现实困囿及推进策略

Realistic Challenges and Advancement Strategies for Empowering the High-Quality Development ofHeilongjiang's Ice and Snow Sports Industry through New Quality Productive Forces

新质生产力是中国数字经济、新兴产业和创新发展的趋势。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对新质生产力赋能黑龙江省冰雪体育产业高质量发展的现实困囿及推进策略进行研究。研究发现:黑龙江省冰雪体育产业存在供给内容不足、产业同质化程度高等问题,对此提出相应的推进策略:构建新质生产力赋能产业保障体系,创新政策与市场机制;创造新质生产力赋能条件,优化冰雪产业发展环境;构筑新质生产力赋能产业布局,推进冰雪体育产业结构升级;搭建新质生产力赋能平台,培育核心竞争力。

New quality productivity is the trend of China's digital economy,emerging industries and innovation development.This paper uses,literature and logic analysis are used to study the difficulties and promotion strategies of new quality productivity enabling high-quality development of ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province.It is found that the ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province has the problems of insufficient supply content and high industrial homogeneity,and corresponding promotion strategies are put forward:building a new quality productive forces enabling industry guarantee system,innovating policies and market mechanisms;creating new quality productive forces enabling conditions to optimize the development environment of ice and snow industry;building new quality productive forces empowering industrial layout to advance the stuctural upgrade;building a new quality productivity enabling platform to cultivate core competitiveness.It aims to provide useful reference for promoting the high-quality sustainable development of Heilongjiang ice and snow sports industry.
