MDT教学模式在风湿免疫科本科生临床教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的 探讨多学科协作诊疗(MDT)教学模式在风湿免疫科轮转的本科实习生中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年3月在贵州中医药大学第二附属医院进行临床学习的本科实习生48名,按照随机数字表法分为MDT教学组和传统教学组,每组24名。完成教学后,采用线上测试评估客观教学效果,问卷星调查表进行主观教学效果评价,综合比较两种教学方法的差异。结果 MDT教学组在客观理论考试及病案分析题得分均高于传统教学组(t分别=2.49、2.23,P均<0.05)。问卷调查评估结果显示,MDT教学组学生在提高学习兴趣、文献检索能力、临床思维能力及师生互动四方面评价得分均高于传统教学组(t分别=2.03、2.55、2.46、4.52,P均<0.05)。同时,MDT组学生对于再接受新教学模式的意愿也高于传统教学组,困难程度低于传统教学组(t分别=2.88、-2.98,P均<0.05)。结论 在临床教学中对风湿免疫疾病进行MDT教学可有效地整合内科学知识,拓展临床思维能力,加强师生间互动,提高学生学习兴趣,有效地改善临床教学效果。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of the multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment(MDT)teaching model in rheumatology and immunology department during undergraduate intern rotations.Methods A total of 48 undergraduate interns who were engaged in clinical learning at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Uni⁃versity of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the MDT teaching group and the traditional teaching group,with 24 students in each group.After the completion of the teach⁃ing,online tests were used to evaluate the objective teaching effects,and the questionnaire star survey form was used for the subjective teaching effect evaluation.The differences between the two teaching methods were comprehensively com⁃pared.Results The scores obtained from the objective selection test and medical record analysis questions in the MDT teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group,with statistical significance(t=2.49,2.23,P<0.05).The questionnaire survey indicated that students in the MDT teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group in the scores of enhancement of learning interest,literature search skills,clini⁃cal reasoning abilities,and teacher-student interaction(t=2.03,2.55,2.46,4.52,P<0.05).At the same time,the willing⁃ness of students in the MDT group to receive the new teaching model again was stronger than that in the traditional teach⁃ing group,and the difficulty degree was lower than that in the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statisti⁃cally significant(t=2.88,-2.98,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the MDT teaching model in clinical education for rheumatic and immunological diseases can effectively integrate knowledge from internal medicine,expand clinical thinking abilities,enhance teacher-student interaction,boost student interest in learning,and significantly im⁃prove clinical teaching outcomes.
