角色互换教学法在神经内科临床教学中的应用效果

摘要 目的 探讨角色互换教学法在神经内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年7月至2022年6月在丽水市人民医院神经内科实习的50名实习生作为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组25名。实验组采用师生角色互换教学模式进行临床带教;对照组采用传统教学模式进行临床带教。比较两组学生出科时的理论和临床技能操作考核成绩,对实习生进行教学满意度问卷调查。结果 实验组的理论成绩、技能考核总成绩、技能穿刺过程、技能整体评价成绩均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=5.96、9.14、7.08、4.70,P均<0.05)。但两组技能操作前成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.41,P>0.05)。实验组实习生对教学满意度也明显高于对照组(t=6.36,P<0.05)。结论 角色互换教学法可以提高实习生的理论和实践技能水平,临床教学效果较好,满意度高。 Objective To explore the effect of role exchange teaching method in clinical teaching of neurology depart⁃ment.Methods Fifty interns in the Department of Neurology of Lishui People's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 25 in each group.The experimental group used the teacher-student role exchange teaching mode for clinical teaching.The control group received clinical teaching with traditional teaching mode.The two groups of students were compared in the examina⁃tion results of theory and clinical skills operation,and the teaching satisfaction questionnaire was carried out on the in⁃terns.Results The theoretical scores,total skill assessment scores,skill puncture process,and overall skill evaluation scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statis⁃tically significant(t=5.96,9.14,7.08,4.70,P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the two skill groups before operation(t=1.41,P>0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group interns with teaching was also significantly higher than that of the control group(t=6.36,P<0.05).Conclusion The role exchange teaching method can improve the theoretical and practical skills of interns,and the clinical teaching effect is good and the satisfaction is high.
