渍水对定向槽种植薯蓣类山药块茎发育的影响

摘要 采用定向槽种植方式,设置渍水试验,研究渍水对定向槽种植薯蓣类山药块茎畸形发育的影响。结果表明,淹水后不及时排水会使定向槽内土壤长期接近饱和水状态,并诱发定向槽内山药块茎的畸形发育和块茎腐烂;渍水处理时间越长,块茎畸形与腐烂现象越严重;渍水可能通过显著增加块茎中生长素(IAA)和赤霉素(GA_(3))含量诱导山药块茎畸形的形成;渍水也显著降低了块茎中的淀粉、粗蛋白和总皂苷含量,降低了山药功能和营养品质。 The effects of waterlogging on Chinese yam tuber malformation development in directional trough were studied by setting waterlogging treatments.The results showed that the soil in directional trough was close to saturated moisture for a long time and the yam tuber malformation and decay were induced without timely drainage after waterlogging.The longer the waterlogging treatment time,the more serious the tuber malformation and decay.Waterlogging may induce the formation of tuber malformation by significantly increasing the contents of auxin(IAA)and gibberellin(GA_(3))in the tuber.Waterlogging also significantly reduced the contents of starch,crude protein and saponins in tuber,thus decreased the function and nutritional quality of Chinese yam.
