摘要
结合工程实例,介绍隔压站设备及管道布置,对长输热网隔压站优化设计进行分析。采用有限元软件Start对管子、管件应力以及换热器接口受力、弯矩进行验算。在实际工程设计中,为满足换热器接口受力、力矩要求,应结合投资、现场安装空间等实际情况,考虑采取自然补偿方式或增设补偿器方式。
Combined with an engineering example,the equipment and pipeline layout of the pressure isolation station are introduced,and the optimization design of the pressure isolation station for the long-distance heating network is analyzed.The finite element software Start is used to verify the stress of pipes and fittings,as well as the force and bending moment at the interface of the heat exchanger.In the actual engineering design,in order to meet the requirements of the force and torque at the interface of the heat exchanger,the natural compensation method or the addition of compensators should be considered in combination with the actual conditions such as investment and on-site installation space.
