燃气管网泄漏工况模拟与用户供气可靠度分析

摘要 以某双气源、双电厂用户的高压燃气管网作为研究对象,采用Pipeline Studio软件搭建管网模型,对小孔泄漏工况下管网进行模拟。确定允许最大泄漏孔径,分析泄漏位置对电厂用户流量、用户供气可靠度的影响,确定需重点关注的管段。与支管用户相比,小孔泄漏工况下干管用户自我调节能力更强,流量能更快达到稳定。对于支管用户,应重点关注和预防支管用户所在管段的泄漏。对于干管用户,支管、干管均为重点关注对象。 Taking a high-pressure gas pipeline network of dual gas sources and dual power plant users as the research object,the pipeline network model is built by using Pipeline Studio software,and the pipeline network under the condition of small hole leakage is simulated.The maximum allowable leakage aperture is determined,the influence of leakage location on the flow rate of power plant users and the reliability of user gas supply is analyzed,and the pipe sections that require special attention are identified.Compared with branch pipe users,the main pipe users have stronger self-adjustment ability under the condition of small hole leakage,and the flow rate can reach stability faster.For branch users,it should pay special attention to and prevent leaks in the pipe section where the branch pipe users are located.For main pipe users,both branch and main pipes are key focus areas.
