城镇聚乙烯燃气管道失效可能性评估模型

摘要 采用半定量评估法对聚乙烯燃气管道失效可能性进行评估,结合聚乙烯燃气管道特点,考虑第三方破坏、管道固有危害、管道腐蚀危害、管理不到位危害、服役环境5个因素,建立了聚乙烯燃气管道失效可能性评估模型。根据层次分析法确定失效可能性评估模型的权重计算方法,得出各因素的权重,并进行一致性检验。对某地3个聚乙烯燃气管段失效可能性进行了评估,得出的结果与实际情况吻合度较高。 The semi-quantitative evaluation method was used to evaluate the failure possibility of polyethylene gas pipeline.Combined with the characteristics of polyethylene gas pipeline,an evaluation model for failure possibility of polyethylene gas pipeline was established by considering five factors:third-party damage,inherent hazards of pipeline,corrosion hazards of pipeline,inadequate management hazards and service environment.The weight calculation method of the failure possibility evaluation model was determined by the analytic hierarchy process,the weights of each factor were obtained,and the consistency test was carried out.The failure possibility of three polyethylene gas pipeline sections in a certain area was evaluated,and the results obtained were highly consistent with the actual situation.
