日间手术室护理风险因素及干预方法研究

Research on Risk Factors and Intervention Methods in Daytime Operating Room Nursing

目的分析日间手术室护理风险因素及干预方法。方法回顾性分析2021.01-2024.5月于本院行日间手术的患者60例,分析增加患者护理风险的相关因素,并提出相关管理对策;红蓝信封法分设组别,参比组(常规管理,n=30),分析组(风险管理,n=30)。结果汇总日间手术室护理风险,结果显示患者风险存在情况为:术前风险16次,占比30.77%(16/52);术中风险24次,占比46.15%(24/52),术后风险12次,占比23.08%(12/52)。分析组干预后护理质量(基础护理、手术室管理、感染控制、健康教育)评分均较参比组佳,并且参数差异成立(P<0.05)。管理后两组患者信任度比较均较管理前佳,但分析组管理后在患者遵医行为、对医护人员的信任度、与医护人员的沟通方面的评分均较参比组佳,并且参数差异成立(P<0.05)。结论在日间手术的术前、术中及术后都易产生护理风险,需强化对不同阶段的管理对策,进而从整体上提升管理质量水平。

Objective To analyze the risk factors and intervention methods of daytime operating room nursing.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 patients who underwent day surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2024.Relevant factors that increased patient nursing risks were analyzed,and relevant management strategies were proposed;The red and blue envelope method was used to divide patients into two groups:the reference group(conventional management,n=30)and the analysis group(risk management,n=30).Results Summarizing the nursing risks in the daytime operating room,the results showed that the patient had 16 preoperative risks,accounting for 30.77%(16/52);There were 24 intraoperative risks,accounting for 46.15%(24/52),and 12 postoperative risks,accounting for 23.08%(12/52).After intervention,the nursing quality(basic nursing,operating room management,infection control,health education)scores of the analysis group were better than those of the reference group,and the parameter differences were established(P<0.05).After management,the trust level of both groups of patients was better than before management.However,the analysis group showed better scores in patient compliance behavior,trust in medical staff,and communication with medical staff after management compared to the reference group,and the parameter differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risks are prone to occur before,during,and after day surgery,and it is necessary to strengthen management strategies for different stages in order to improve the overall quality of management.
