高质量发展视角下思想政治工作助力区域医疗中心建设实践研究——以江苏省某三甲医院为例

Research on the Practice of Ideological and Political Work Supporting the Construction of Regional Medical Centers from the Perspective of High Quality Development——Taking a Tertiary Hospital in Jiangsu Province as an Example

本文以江苏省某三甲医院为研究对象,基于高质量发展视角分析大型公立医院思想政治工作存在的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,系统分析该院近年来围绕区域医疗中心建设大局,总结通过开展有效的思想政治工作,探索新时期思想政治工作的新形式新载体,以期为高质量区域医疗中心建设提供更加有效的思想引擎。

This article takes a tertiary hospital in Jiangsu Province as the research object,analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportuni⁃ties,and challenges of ideological and political work in large public hospitals from the perspective of high-quality development,systemati⁃cally analyzes the overall situation of the hospital's construction of regional medical centers in recent years,summarizes the exploration of new forms and carriers of ideological and political work in the new era through effective ideological and political work,in order to provide a more effective ideological engine for the construction of high-quality regional medical centers.
