心脏康复综合护理在择期PCI术后患者中的应用

目的探讨择期PCI术后患者应用心脏康复综合护理的效果。方法选取2022年6月-2022年11月在我院接受择期PCI手术治疗的42例患者,对患者实施随机分组,即观察组与对照组,每组21例。对照组落实常规护理,观察组落实心脏康复综合护理,对比组间护理成效。结果(1)观察组经心脏康复护理后的生活质量各项指标评分远高于对照组,P<0.05。(2)术后第1d两组运动耐力差异不大,P>0.05。观察期结束观察组运动耐力改善情况优于对照组,P<0.05。结论择期PCI术后患者应用心脏康复综合护理,能够有效改善患者的生活质量和运动耐力,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation nursing on patients after elective PCI.Methods A total of 42 patients who underwent elective PCI in our hospital from June 2022 to November 2022 were included in this study.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group received routine nurs⁃ing,while the observation group received comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results(1)The scores of various indicators of quality of life in the observation group after cardiac rehabilitation nursing were much higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.(2)There was no significant difference in exercise tolerance between the two groups on the first day after surgery,P>0.05.At the end of the observation period,the improvement in exercise tolerance in the observation group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the qual⁃ity of life and exercise tolerance of patients after elective PCI,which is worthy of promotion.
