摘要
护理1例罕见病惠普尔养障体肺炎患儿时的经验总结,主要包括仔细监测孩子的病情变化,强化排痰管理,从饮食、心理、药物使用和健康知识教育等方面全面开展护理,给予患儿及家属最大化的人文关怀。做好并发症观察及护理,能有效改善患儿呼吸功能,预防并发症,缩短病程,减轻病痛,促进疾病的恢复,取得良好的效果。
Experience in nursing a rare case of Whipple's pneumonia,including careful monitoring of changes in the child's condition,strengthening sputum management,and comprehensively carrying out nursing care from aspects such as diet,psychology,drug use,and health knowledge education,providing the maximum humanistic care to the child and their families.Proper observation and care of compli⁃cations can effectively improve the respiratory function of children,prevent complications,shorten the course of the disease,alleviate pain,promote disease recovery,and achieve good results.
