摘要
针对飞机典型难加工材料9Cr18轴承钢试样实施超声振动光整加工,通过开展表面残余应力、显微硬度、室温拉伸性能、疲劳性能、显微组织测试,探究超声振动光整加工对飞机典型难加工材料切削性能和结构疲劳寿命的影响,进而为满足新一代飞机对机体结构提出的长寿命的设计指标提供了新的制备工艺方案。
Ultrasonic vibration finishing is carried out on the 9Cr18 bearing steel samples of typical difficult-to-machine materials for aircrafts.Through the tests of surface residual stress,micro-hardness,tensile properties at room temperature,fatigue properties,and microstructures,this paper explores the influence of ultrasonic vibration finishing on the cutting performance and structure fatigue life of typical difficult-to-machine materials of aircraft,and provides a new preparation process plan to meet the long-life design indicators proposed by airframe structure of the new generation aircraft.
