摘要
DC/DC变换器的作用是将载机上高压直流电进行电压转换再分配后供给载机后端各类用电设备使用,需具备优良的可靠性。基于ANSYS力学分析软件,采用有限元法对DC/DC变换器进行随机振动、冲击、加速度分析,并依据分析结果校核DC/DC变换器的强度及刚度,验证设备的结构设计满足机载环境使用要求。
The role of the DC/DC converter is to convert and redistribute the high-voltage DC power on the carrier and then supply it to various electrical equipment at the back end of the carrier.It must have excellent reliability.Based on ANSYS mechanical analysis software,the finite element method is used to analyze random vibration,impact,and acceleration of the DC/DC converter,and the strength and rigidity of the DC/DC converter are checked based on the analysis results to verify that the structural design of the equipment meets the requirements of airborne environment use.
