摘要
国内既有石砟漏斗车操纵室侧窗受空间位置限制,均采用上下抽拉式结构。概述了石砟漏斗车操纵室侧窗发展历程及结构形式,分析了其在实际运用中产生故障的原因,提出了新型侧窗设计方案,并完成了相关试验与装车运用。研究结果表明:新型侧窗的结构设计可以解决既有石砟漏斗车侧窗在实际运用中开关卡滞和密封性能不良等问题,满足既有石砟漏斗车加装改造的需求,具有更高的可靠性和经济性。
The side window of the operating cab of the existing ballast hopper car in China is limited by the spatial position,and the upper and lower pull-out structure is adopted.This paper summarizes the development process and structural form of the side window of the operating cab of the ballast hopper car,analyzes the causes of its application failure,and proposes a new side window design scheme,and completes the relevant test and application.The research results show that the structural design of the new side window can solve the problems of opening and closing stagnation and poor sealing performance of the side window of the existing ballast hopper car in practical application,meet the needs of the installation and transformation of the existing ballast hopper car,and have higher reliability and economy.
