摘要
泵轮组件作为叉车变矩的核心零部件,影响着泵轮内部液流的能量转换,决定了叉车变矩器的力矩和性能。传统工艺中,泵轮组件需要人工对其端面进行抛光,以取得良好的基准面,不仅加工效率低,工人劳动强度大,还存在较大的安全隐患。提出了一种新型叉车变矩器泵轮组件自动抛光装置,利用电机、压紧打磨装置及自动控制系统实现了泵轮组件的自动抛光,有效提高了加工效率,降低了劳动强度,去除了安全隐患。
The pump wheel assembly,as the core component of the forklift torque converter,affects the energy conversion of internal fluid flow and determines the torque and performance of the forklift torque converter.In traditional crafts,pump wheel components require manual polishing of their end faces to achieve a good reference surface.This not only results in slow processing efficiency and high manual labor intensity,but also poses significant safety hazards.This article proposes a new type of automatic polishing device for the pump wheel component of a forklift torque converter.By using a motor,a compression polishing device,and an automatic control system,the automatic polishing of the pump wheel component is achieved.The automatic polishing device can not only improve processing efficiency,but also can reduce labor intensity,and eliminate safety hazards.
