摘要
随着制造业的不断发展,数控加工中心被广泛应用于各行各业。在数控加工中心的使用过程中,需要人工完成物料的上下料,整个过程不仅生产效率低,而且会出现多工序多次装夹导致加工品报废的情况。针对这一问题,设计了基于链式托盘料仓的加工中心自动化上下料生产线,采用链式托盘料仓存储物料、立式机械手转运物料托盘,提高了生产效率和加工质量,实现了自动化、无人化加工生产。
With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry,CNC machining centers are widely used in various industries.During the use of CNC machining centers,manual loading and unloading of materials are required;the entire process not only has low production efficiency,but also involves multiple processes and clamping resulting in the scrapping of processed products.This article designs an automated loading and unloading production line for machining centers based on a chain tray silo.Chain pallet silos are used to store materials,and vertical manipulators transfer material pallets,which improves production efficiency and processing quality,and realizes automated and unmanned processing and production.
