摘要
针对太原选煤厂原桥式叶轮给煤机控制系统存在的故障率高、实时性差、工作效率低下等问题,设计了桥式叶轮给煤机控制系统优化方案。重点阐述了基于WIFI无线通讯的硬件优化方案以及基于模糊变频PID的控制优化方案,最后完成了仿真及实际应用分析。结果表明:优化后的桥式叶轮给煤机控制系统具有较好的实时性和鲁棒性,降低了给煤机故障率,提升了工作效率,达到了降本增效、节能降耗的目的。
In the view of the problems of high failure rate,poor real-time performance and low working efficiency of the original bridge impeller coal feeder control system in Taiyuan Coal preparation plant,the optimization scheme of bridge impeller coal feeder control system is designed.The hardware optimization scheme based on WIFI wireless communication and the software optimization scheme based on fuzzy variable frequency PID control are emphasized.Finally,the simulation and practical application analysis are completed.The results show that the optimized control system of the bridge impeller coal feeder has good real-time performance and robustness,reduces the failure rate of the coal feeder,improves the work efficiency,and achieves the purpose of reducing cost and efficiency,energy saving and consumption.
