液压挖掘机液压系统节能技术研究

摘要 液压挖掘机的液压系统在运行时能量效率较低,具有较大的节能潜力。以一款37 t液压挖掘机的液压系统为研究对象,通过对挖掘机常用液压系统工作特点、工作流程及优缺点的分析,系统地研究了挖掘机液压节能的方法。同时,从液压系统宏观分析节能、泵控制策略多样化的控制思路及元件的工作特点出发,阐述了一种将动臂势能能量回收后再利用的方案,该方案可有效提高液压挖掘机的效率和能量利用率。 The hydraulic system of hydraulic excavators has low energy efficiency during operation and has great energy-saving potential.This article takes the hydraulic system of a 37 t hydraulic excavator as the research object.By analyzing the working characteristics,workflow,and advantages and disadvantages of commonly used hydraulic systems in excavators,a systematic study is conducted on the energy-saving methods of excavator hydraulic systems.At the same time,this article starts from the macro analysis of energy conservation in hydraulic systems,diversified control strategies for pumps,and the study of the working characteristics of components for energy conservation.It elaborates on an energy recovery and utilization scheme for boom potential energy,which can effectively improve the efficiency and energy utilization of hydraulic excavators.
