摘要
以M 16规格高温合金螺母为研究对象,结合30°楔形螺纹丝锥的工作原理和加工的优缺点,从丝锥的前角、切削刃长度、容屑槽结构、基体材料和表面涂层等方面进行分析,设计出适用于30°楔形螺纹紧固件的新型丝锥,并进行加工性能、螺纹质量验证,对30°楔形螺纹丝锥的选用具有较高借鉴价值。
Taking M 16 specification superalloy nuts as the research object,combined with the working principle and processing advantages and disadvantages of 30°wedge thread taps,and analyzed the rake angle,cutting edge length,chip groove structure,substrate material,surface coating,etc.,a new type of tap suitable for 30°wedge thread fasteners was designed,and its processing performance and thread quality were verified.It has high reference value for the selection of 30°wedge thread taps.
