摘要
超声三维全聚焦成像技术在缺陷表征能力方面具有更直观的优势,是当今超声相控阵检测领域的研究热点之一。对超声三维全聚焦成像技术的研究进展进行了简要概述,分别基于一维线阵、二维面阵探头介绍了超声三维全聚焦成像技术的成像机理和研究成果,初步探讨了目前研究中存在的不足及未来的发展方向。
The three-dimensional totally focused ultrasound imaging technology has a more intuitive advantage in defect characterization ability and is one of the research hotspots in the field of phased array ultrasound detection today.This article provides a brief overview of the research progress of ultrasound three-dimensional totally focused imaging technology.Based on one-dimensional linear array and two-dimensional planar array probes,the imaging mechanism and research results of ultrasound three-dimensional totally focused imaging technology are introduced.The current research shortcomings and future development directions are preliminarily discussed.
