基于QCC活动的质控管理措施对消毒供应室外来器械清洗合格率的影响

Influence of quality control management measures based on QCC activities on the qualified rate of cleaning for foreign instruments in disinfection supply room

目的探讨基于品管圈(QCC)活动的质控管理措施对消毒供应室外来器械清洗合格率的影响。方法将深圳市第三人民医院消毒供应室2022年5~11月处理的3529包外来器械作为研究对象,其中5~7月共1587包外来器械作为QCC质控管理活动实施前组,8~11月共1942包外来器械作为QCC质控管理实施后组。比较活动前、活动后两组外来器械的管理质量(准时送达率、认知率、规范装载率、清洗合格率、处理缺陷率)及消毒供应室对管理工作的满意度。结果质控管理实施后组外来器械的准时送达率、认知率、规范装载率、清洗合格率分别为91.14%、90.06%、93.15%、99.18%,明显高于实施前组的60.93%、31.06%、27.79%、82.04%,处理缺陷率为0.05%,明显低于活动前组的0.76%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);消毒供应室对实施活动后的清洗人员的管理工作满意度为91.30%,明显高于活动前的65.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于QCC活动的质控管理措施能提高消毒供应室外来器械清洗合格率和管理质量,同时提高手术室满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of quality control management measures based on quality control circle(QCC)activities on the qualified rate of cleaning for foreign instruments in disinfection supply room.Methods A total of 3529 packages of foreign instruments processed by the Disinfection Supply Room,Shenzhen Third People's Hospital from May 2022 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects,of which 1587 from May to July were selected as the preimplementation group(before the implementation of quality control management measures based on QCC activities)and 1942 from August to November were selected as the postimplementation group(after the implementation of quality control management measures based on QCC activities).The management quality(ontime delivery rate,recognition rate,standardized loading rate,qualified rate of cleaning,defect rate)and the satisfaction of workers in disinfection supply room to management were compared between the two groups before and after the implementation.Results The ontime delivery rate,the cognitive rate,the standardized loading rate,and the qualified rate of cleaning were 91.14%,90.06%,93.15%,and 99.18%in the postimplementation group,respectively,which were significantly higher than 60.93%,31.06%,27.79%,and 82.04%in the preimplementation group;the defect rate was 0.05%,significantly lower than 0.76%in the preimplementation group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of workers in Disinfection Supply Room to management was 91.30%in the postimplementation group,which was significantly higher than 65.22%in the preimplementation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control management measures based on QCC activities can improve the qualified rate of cleaning and management quality of foreign instruments in Disinfection Supply Room,as well as the satisfaction of workers in Disinfection Supply Room to management.
