四神煎+依托考昔片治疗早期膝骨关节炎对患者症状改善的评价

Evaluation of Improvement of Symptoms of Patients with Early Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Sishen Decoction + Etoricoxib Tablet

目的 研究早期膝骨关节炎患者采用四神煎+依托考昔片治疗的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年1月广东省第二中医院收治的80例早期膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为两组,各40例。对照组行依托考昔片治疗,研究组行四神煎+依托考昔片治疗。对比两组氧化应激指标(3-硝基络氨酸修饰蛋白、丙二醛、8-异前列腺素)、骨代谢指标(抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b、骨钙素)以及安全性。结果 治疗前,两组患者氧化应激水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,两组氧化应激水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b水平低于对照组,骨钙素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为10.00%(4/40),低于对照组的27.50%(11/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.158,P<0.001)。结论 对早期膝骨关节炎患者施行四神煎+依托考昔片治疗能够达到明显治疗效果,改善患者的血清指标,优化骨代谢水平,降低不良反应的发生率。

Objective To study the curative effect advantage of Sishen Decoction + etoricoxib tablet in the treatment of patients with early knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of eighty patients with early knee osteoarthritis admitted to Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by different treatment methods,with forty patients in each group.The control group was treated with etoricoxib tablet,and the study group was treated with Sishen Decoction + etoricoxib tablet.The oxidative stress indicators(3-nitrotyrosine,malondialdehyde,8-isoprostane glandin),bone metabolism indicators(Human tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b,Osteocalcin) and safety of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the level of oxidative stress between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the oxidative stress levels of both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the level of human tartate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of osteocalcin was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%(4/40),which was lower than 27.50(11/40) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.158,P<0.001).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with early knee osteoarthritis,Sishen Decoction + etoricoxib tablet can achieve more obvious therapeutic effect,improve the serum indexes of patients,optimize the bone metabolism level of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
