麝香保心丸联合替格瑞洛片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill Combined with Ticagrelor Tablet in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的 评价冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称心脏病)心绞痛的联合治疗(麝香保心丸+替格瑞洛片)的有效性。方法 回顾性选取2020年10月—2023年10月济南市市中区人民医院收治的80例冠心病心绞痛患者的临床资料。依据不同治疗方法将患者分为两组:对照组(40例,替格瑞洛片治疗)、观察组(40例,麝香保心丸联合替格瑞洛片治疗)。比较两组的发作情况、心功能、炎症因子、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组发作持续时间[(0.58±0.12)min]、发作频率[(1.17±0.29)次/周]均优于对照组[(1.78±0.23)min、(2.44±0.78)次/周],差异有统计学意义(t=29.255、8.719,P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组N末端脑钠肽前体水平低于对照组,心输出量、左心室射血分数、每搏输出量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,但差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 冠心病心绞痛患者采用麝香保心丸+替格瑞洛片联合治疗可以获取理想的效果,不仅可以快速消退症状,还可以提高心功能,降低炎症因子水平。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of combined treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris(Shexiang Baoxin Pill + ticagrelor tablet).Methods The clinical data of eighty patients with angina pectoris with coronary heart disease treated in Jinan Shizhong District People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups:control group(40 cases treated with ticagrelor tablet) and observation group(40 cases treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with ticagrelor tablet).The incidence of seizures,cardiac function,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the duration of seizures and frequency of seizures in the observation group were [(0.58±0.12) min] and [(1.17±0.29)times ] per week better than those in the control group [(1.78±0.23) min and(2.44±0.78) times per week ],and the differences were statistically significant(t=29.255,8.719,both P<0.05).After treatment,the level of Nterminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor in observation group was lower than that in control group,and cardiac output,left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke output in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,the combination of Shexiang Baoxin Pill and ticagrelor tablet can obtain ideal results,which not only can quickly resolve symptoms,but also can improve heart function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
