中医外治法治疗膝骨关节炎的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine External Treatment for Knee Osteoarthritis

膝骨关节炎(KOA)是最常见的关节疾病,也是成人功能限制和疼痛的主要原因。随着我国老龄化程度的加剧,KOA的治疗策路及提高患者生活质量的方法已成为医务工作者关注的焦点。目前关于KOA主要采用手术和保守治疗,中医保守治疗主要采用针灸、推拿、针刀、传统运动疗法等治法。中医外治法在KOA治疗中疗效显著,但其治疗机制尚未完全阐明。因此,深入研究中医外治法在KOA治疗中的作用机制,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。

Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is the most common joint disease and the leading cause of functional limitation and pain in adults.With the aggravation of the aging degree in China,the treatment of KOA and the method of improving the quality of life of the patients have become a focus of the medical workers.At present,KOA is mainly treated by surgery and conservative treatment.Conservative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)mainly adopts acupuncture,massage,needle knife,traditional exercise therapy etc.External TCM treatment has a significant effect in the treatment of KOA,but its therapeutic mechanism has not been fully elucidated.Therefore,in-depth study of the mechanism of external TCM treatment for KOA can provide new therapeutic ideas.
