创伤性下肢骨折相关生物标志物的研究进展

摘要 近年来,随着人口老龄化程度的加剧,跌倒和骨折的发生率逐渐升高,其中骨折的致死率和致残率均较高。生物标志物具有简单、可量化、动态评估病情变化等优点,在临床辅助诊疗中具有一定指导意义。目前关于创伤性下肢骨折生物标志物的研究主要集中于炎症、细胞免疫、代谢等方面,但并未进行细致区分。因此,未来进一步确定相关生物标志物的浓度及其所代表的风险,并制订相应评分标准,可以为临床诊疗提供新思路。 In recent years,with the intensification of the aging of the population,the incidence of falls and fractures has gradually increased,and the mortality and disability rates of fractures are high.Biomarkers have the advantages of simple,quantifiable and dynamic assessment of disease changes,and have certain guiding significance in the clinical auxiliary diagnosis and treatment.At present,the studies on biomarkers of traumatic lower limb fracture mainly focus on inflammation,cellular immunity,metabolism,etc.,but no detailed distinction has been made.Therefore,further determination of the concentration of related biomarkers,the risks they represent,and formulation of corresponding scoring criteria in the future can provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
