细胞焦亡在认知功能障碍中的研究进展

摘要 随着我国人口老龄化程度加剧,认知功能障碍患者逐渐增加,同时也伴随术后并发症的增加以及老年患者生活质量的降低。目前细胞焦亡已成为认知功能障碍发病机制研究的热点,炎症小体、胱天蛋白酶、消皮素D作为细胞焦亡的重要组成部分,可通过抑制与其相关的细胞信号转导、关键蛋白的合成、配体的激活组装等,有效降低细胞焦亡水平,缓解认知功能障碍。因此,未来深入研究细胞焦亡在认知功能障碍中的作用机制,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。 The proportion of patients with cognitive impairment is gradually increasing in the context of the aging population in our country,which is accompanied by a rise in postoperative complications and a decrease in the quality of life for the elderly patients.Currently,cellular pyroptosis has become a hot topic in the study of the pathogenesis of cognitive dysfunction.Inflammasomes,caspases,and gasdermin D are important components of pyroptosis,and by inhibiting the associa-ted signaling pathways,synthesis of key proteins and activation and assembly of ligands,it is possible to effectively reduce the level of pyroptosis and alleviate the cognitive impairment.Therefore,in-depth research on the mechanism of pyroptosis in cognitive impairment in the future can provide new ideas for the treatment of the diseases.
