SEM1和PI3K/Akt信号通路与肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要 SEM1在多种类型肿瘤中高表达,可促进肿瘤进展;磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(PKB/Akt)信号通路在肿瘤的发生发展中也发挥重要作用,SEM1可能通过PI3K/Akt信号通路调控肿瘤的发生发展。因此,深入研究SEM1和PI3K/Akt信号通路在肿瘤中的作用机制、SEM1通过激活PI3K/Akt信号通路调控肿瘤发生发展的过程,寻找新的肿瘤标志物,可改善肿瘤治疗现状,为疾病的治疗提供新思路。 Suppressor of exocyst mutations 1(SEM1)shows high expression in many types of tumors,which can promote tumor progression,and the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(PKB/Akt)signaling pathway also plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development,and SEM1 may regulate tumorigenesis and development through the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.Therefore,in-depth studies of the mechanism of SEM1 and PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in tumors,the process of SEM1 regulating tumorigenesis and development through activation of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,and searching for new tumor markers may improve the current status of tumor treatment,and provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases.
