The biological effects of radiotherapy in tumor cells determine its central role in tumor therapy.Immunotherapy,as the fourth major therapy for tumor treatment,can significantly improve the efficacy of solid tumor treatment,especially the use of immune checkpoint inhibitors,although not all patients will respond positively.Vascular,interstitial and immune changes induced by tumor microenvironment play an important role in the regulation of radiation resistance and tumor recurrence.The effect of radiotherapy on the tumor microenvironment and its induced response are the key to the success of treatment.Therefore,the in-depth study of tumor radiotherapy and tumor microenvironment can provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases.
