摘要 放疗在肿瘤细胞中的生物效应决定了其在肿瘤治疗中的核心地位。免疫治疗作为肿瘤治疗的第四大治疗方式,可显著改善实体瘤治疗的疗效,尤其是免疫检查点抑制剂的使用,但并非所有患者均会积极响应。肿瘤微环境引发的血管、间质和免疫变化在放射耐药和肿瘤复发中起重要的调控作用。放疗对肿瘤微环境的影响及其引发的反应是治疗成败的关键。因此,深入研究肿瘤的放疗与肿瘤微环境,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。 The biological effects of radiotherapy in tumor cells determine its central role in tumor therapy.Immunotherapy,as the fourth major therapy for tumor treatment,can significantly improve the efficacy of solid tumor treatment,especially the use of immune checkpoint inhibitors,although not all patients will respond positively.Vascular,interstitial and immune changes induced by tumor microenvironment play an important role in the regulation of radiation resistance and tumor recurrence.The effect of radiotherapy on the tumor microenvironment and its induced response are the key to the success of treatment.Therefore,the in-depth study of tumor radiotherapy and tumor microenvironment can provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases.
